Do not be hurt…

By holding on to anger, regret, bitterness … There is absolutely no gain..
While holding on to it just increases our pain, suffocates us, chokes us…
Rather try accepting n learn from the pains of being wronged or doing wrong…
Forgive and ask for forgiveness… Both could help healing ..

Yes, some relationships will never be what it used to be …
Give things time and space .. With time comes clarity.
Never resort to stop talking to a person.. Talk it out, atleast you know what their side of the story is …

It’s how intense we get, fitting the thought in our head based on which the heart reacts …
